pasiero / workflow

However you reach it, the rhythm stays the same.

A conversation might begin in a chat app, a desktop window, a terminal, or a phone. Pasiero should feel like the same assistant in each place: familiar with your preferences, careful around your files, and clear about what happens next.

Find everything from our Lisbon trip:

I found 126 photos, three reservations,
  one itinerary, and nine receipts.

  Here is what I suggest

  create Trips/2026/Lisbon/
  group the photos by day
copy the itinerary into the trip folder
  move nine receipts into Expenses/Travel/2026/
  delete nothing

Would you like me to do that?

The complete lifecycle

Six stages, one continuous relationship.

  1. 01

    Ask naturally

Describe the outcome instead of translating it into search syntax and file commands. Pasiero asks a focused question when two interpretations would produce different results.

  2. 02

    Use your context

Your preferred folder names, important people, recurring projects, and past decisions help the assistant understand what "the family photos" or "house papers" means to you.

  3. 03

    Inspect before suggesting

Pasiero searches names, dates, metadata, and locally available content only where needed. Looking is separate from changing.

  4. 04

    Show the proposal

The response names what was found, what would change, what would stay untouched, and whether each action can be undone.

  5. 05

    Confirm in the same channel

A file-changing request waits for a clear yes attached to the visible proposal. Moving to another channel does not create broader permission.

  6. 06

    Act, then explain

Pasiero reports what succeeded, what could not be completed, and how to recover anything that moved. The conversation ends with a result you can verify.

Two paths through the conversation

Questions can answer. Changes must wait.

Read-only help

"Which warranties expire this year?" can search personal documents and answer immediately, with links back to the files that support the answer.

find · compare · summarize · explain

File-changing help

"Put those warranties into a Home folder" becomes a proposal. The earlier search result is context, not permission to move anything.

create · rename · move · copy · recover

Working closely without taking over

Personal context should stay personal.

Pasiero becomes more useful by remembering the choices you want it to remember, not by quietly collecting everything it can.

preferences

Learn how you name and arrange things

Remember that receipts go under Finance, that edited photos keep the original beside them, or that finished projects move into an Archive folder.

continuity

Carry context between channels

A search started from a phone can continue later on a desktop without turning each interface into a different assistant.

control

Let you inspect and forget what it knows

Preferences and history should be visible, editable, and removable. Personalization is useful only while it remains yours.
