Useful without taking the wheel
The intelligence can be broad. The authority should not be.
Pasiero can understand a broad request without taking broad control. It works only with the personal files you choose, explains its reasoning, and keeps you in the decision whenever something would change.

Search names, dates, familiar people, places, and locally available text with requests such as "the warranty for the upstairs air conditioner."

Summarize what is present, identify likely duplicates, and point out unusually large or stale files without changing any of them.

Propose folders, names, copies, and moves as one reviewable plan. The first release will not rewrite file contents.
